I've created a short screencast introducing Apache Camel.
A high quality version of the screencast also available.
Hopefully I'll get a chance to create another screencast soon walking through a demo and showing the various visualisation tooling etc.

I have tried numerous times to watch this video with no luck. I have let it sit there for hours and it still won't play.

Have you tried just downloading the file: http://repo.open.iona.com/podcasts/camel/intro/camel-intro-high.mov
Doesn't work for me either, even if I download it directly. QuickTime on Windows can reliably be counted on to not work for the vast majority of cases.
OK have uploaded some WMV files - hopefully those will help (have blogged with links)
I had no problems watching it on the Iona site. Very nice introduction. I'm currently looking into using ActiveMQ and Camel and this was useful in highlighting what is available. Looking forward to one with a working example.

I am unable to view this, when downloaded with Windows media player v10. I am not sure by what martin meant when he said "I had no problems watching it on the Iona site".
