Apache Camel 1.6.0 released - 2.0 not far away!

Both Claus and Jon beat me too it, so being lazy am just gonna link to their posts. You can grab the latest Apache Camel 1.6.0 release with its 169 improvements on top of the 266 improvements from the 1.5 version.

Get it while its hot! Work is progressing well on 2.0 which will hopefully be out soon too! Great work Camel Riders!

Congrats!!!!! Camel rocks. We use that as the core piece of our architecture.

One quetsion I have is on the status of Groovy DSL, I see that there is some ground work already done. I would be more than willing to contribute if help is needed on that.

Thanks Aswin!

The Groovy DSL could use some improvement to get it up to the same kind of level as the Scala DSL.

There's been some work on the open health project to improve the Groovy DSL which I hope makes its way back into the core Apache Camel project

But we love contributions if you want to dive in and help :)
